Does this sound familiar?
You don’t feel good. Not deeply. Not consistently.
Your inner state is disorganized, unpleasant, unsettled.
You’re caught in loops:
Worrying about the future. Ruminating on the past.
How much time do you spend in unpleasant states?
What percent for your life are you dealing with some combination of chronic exhaustion, procrastination, pain, overwhelm, depression, anxiousness, codependency, shame, and addiction?
50-80% is the answer for most adults.
Why?
We were born into a an impoverished education system that never taught us how to feel good — not in a grounded, sustainable, embodied way.
It’s confusing to navigate this life with a 300,000-year-old brain that evolved for extremely different living conditions.
You want change.
But there is an overwhelming amount of information.
Forces compete for your attention, manipulate your dopamine system, and exploit your insecurities.
The confusion often feeds more anxiety which often leads to coping strategies.
These coping strategies become addictions to intensity, existing on a continuum:
Life-threatening addictions → Life-damaging → Life-limiting addictions
Screens, caffeine, cannabis, nicotine, emotional chaos, overeating, toxic codependency, etc
All giving short-term relief while deepening long-term dysregulation.
The vicious cycle continues:
You don’t feel well. Unpleasant states of chronic dis-ease.
Your attention is hijacked by overwhelming options about what to do next.
Your relationships suffer especially the one with yourself.
You don’t show up how you want in the world.
When nearly everyone in Western society (over 90%) is living with some form of nervous system dysregulation or relying on substances for regulation, it’s obvious these are cultural problems, not personal failings.
It’s not your fault. But it is your responsibility.
You can learn to rewire how you feel and what you focus on.
Reclaim you most valuable resource: your attention.
You can choose a new way to experience this one precious life in this body.
What if the point of life on Earth was to overcome the human condition of addiction, transforming your experience from suffering to inner freedom?
The Premise of RESET:
You change your state, you change your life.
Every aspect of your life — how you think, feel, behave— is shaped by your physiological state.
Quality of life = quality of your state = quality of your ability to navigate your nervous system
Imagine what’s possible if you could master your internal state and access optimal states on demand? If you rewired your baseline to be able to feel good, grounded, creative, and clear?
With more consistent energy and resiliency to stress, you’re more effective in every area of life.
To master your state, you need clarity in your practice with the goal of becoming an expert of your nervous system.
We must understand that movement is the most direct, powerful way to influence and transform your nervous system.
With consistent, persistent practice, you can
cultivate the superpower of changing your state on demand, in any situation.
Our physiological STATE changes become personality TRAIT changes.
Upgrading your nervous system navigation transforms how you experience everything in life-it’s the best gift you can give to yourself, your loved ones, and your communities.
What becomes possible with a regulated nervous system:
Greater resilience and adaptability in everyday life
More presence, pleasure, and emotional freedom
Deeper, more connected relationships
Consistent energy and better rest
Improved focus and clearer decision-making
Enhanced creativity and intuition
A sense of ease and vitality in your body
Increased self-compassion and inner kindness
The ability to shift your state — on purpose, when it matters most
Who is RESET for?
RESET is designed to support anyone who feels like they’re doing the inner work but still struggling with their nervous system.
Consider this program if you experience:
Mental/emotional symptoms like anxiety, overwhelm, rumination, low mood, or executive dysfunction
Energy issues like fatigue, inconsistent energy, poor sleep, or reliance on substances (coffee, nicotine, cannabis, etc.)
Trauma patterns such as PTSD, developmental trauma, or chronic dysregulation
Chronic health challenges like persistent pain, “mystery symptoms,” or autoimmune flare-ups
Addictive/compulsive patterns including cravings, procrastination, phone dependency, and other self-soothing loops that no longer serve you
What do all these struggles have in common? From a neuroscience perspective, it’s nervous system dysregulation, limbic looping, and neurotransmitter imbalance.
How does RESET work?
Weaving art and science together, RESET is a practical, movement-based experiential program grounded in neuroscience, trauma-informed practices, and Eastern wisdom traditions.
You’ll learn:
The 3 Pillars of the RESET Movement Practice
Mental Mobility—developing the internal sense of strength, flexibility, & freedom
the “Anatomy of the State”—what makes up your moment-to-moment experience
maps to recognize your nervous system’s default settings
strategies to reset your system a.k.a. to change your state on demand
cultivate resourcing practices, expanding your capacity for pleasure and connection
combine all of the above to rewire your nervous system for lasting transformation
The heart of the process is the RESET Rewiring Formula:
Recognize + Reset + Resource = Rewiring the Nervous System
RESET works from the perspective that the body and mind are inseparable — the body is always influencing the mind, and the mind is always influencing the body.
You’ll learn specific body-based and mind-based skills, then integrate them to create a new experience of how you move through your daily life with more freedom.
Here’s what this looks like in practice:
The Body – The 3 Pillars of RESET Movement Practice
This includes elements inspired by qigong, somatics, mobility, dance, yoga, improvisational movement, martial arts, and is informed by the generalist movement paradigm. Expect a blend of guided practices, movement meditations, and playful experiments— customizable and scalable for all bodies and energy levels.
One thing that sets RESET apart is the depth and scope of the movement training. In many transformation programs, the movement is superficial or missing entirely.
At the same time, in many movement programs, the mental and nervous system layer is often ignored, incomplete, and sometimes incredibly misguided.
The Mind – Mental Mobility
After tens of thousands of hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on inner work, professional education, and embodied study, I began to notice there are clear recurring patterns & common threads from the most effective, lasting approaches to transformation.
Mobility is freedom to move. Mobility is strength PLUS flexibility. Mental Mobility the distilled insights from neuroscience, somatics, mindset work, Eastern philosophy, and real-life trial and error.
The power of movement is amplified when integrated with cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and relational practices. Some examples from each area:
Cognitive: reflection, visualization, reframing, rewriting our stories/beliefs
Emotional: gratitude, self-compassion, witnessing
Spiritual: connecting to nature, embracing impermanence, loving-kindness meditation, contemplating death
Social: authentic sharing, mentoring, accountability, celebration, play
Your nervous system is the thread that connects every part of your life—relationships, work, creativity, and how you experience the world.

My Journey and Expertise
I bring a unique combination of personal experience, professional training, and an insatiable curiosity for movement, somatics, and nervous system education. I’ve faced and overcome significant challenges including debilitating anxiety, depression, PTSD, addictions, chronic fatigue & pain, ADHD, (mis?)diagnosed with bipolar II, and mysterious neurological symptoms that 10+ doctors were unable to diagnose that would eventually get labeled as autoimmune syndromes. I can empathize what it’s like to struggle with these issues, and never judge anyone with where they are at in their process. I’ve done my work enough to be on the other side of these issues and I am at the part of my healing process where I’m focused on helping others find their path.
These experiences profoundly impacted my relationships and my physical, emotional, spiritual, and well-being, and led me on a lifelong journey to explore the deeper roots of healing beyond the traditional Western medicine and psychology models. This path led me to a body-based, somatic approach that integrates movement, mindset, and physiology as the foundation for transformation.
Professionally, I bring 15 years of experience teaching movement, doctorate-level anatomy and neurology knowledge, I taught at Harvard Medical School’s Movement and Cognition Conference, and I presented 3 years straight at the International Association of Functional Neurology and Rehabilitation where I was honored as Student of the Year. As a dedicated experimenter and practitioner, I’ve studied extensively with Ido Portal’s Movement Culture and adjacent methodologies in the generalist movement paradigm.
Studies in Taoism, Chinese medicine, Buddhist training, martial arts, dance, somatic practices, and various “Brain/Limbic Retraining” programs — including Organic Intelligence’s The End of Trauma and PTSD: Post-Trauma System Development, Landmark, and Isha Yoga — along with influences from Joe Dispenza, David Bayer, NLP, Primal Trust, and Tony Robbins, all inform the principles, maps, and somatics in RESET. This diverse blend of personal insight, academic rigor, and practical experience equips me to guide you through this transformative work with authenticity, depth, and care. And I think it’ll be fun too.
Testimonials
“The RESET Course is a uniquely potent and nourishing experience. Dae brings a rare blend of deep personal practice, professional expertise, and embodied presence; infusing the program with clarity and depth.
What makes RESET special is the way it brings movement into terrain of the nervous system and inner work. It’s about shifting patterns, deepening awareness, and engaging with your own growth as a whole, embodied being.
The group sessions offered a spacious, thoughtful container for reflection, celebration, and course-correcting. Dae’s facilitation supports curiosity, exploration and encouragement for each person's unique path.
The course supported me to design a customized personal growth project that wove together physical practice and inner transformation. If you’re looking for a space where movement meets real life—and where transformation is grounded in the body, the breath, and daily practice—RESET is a rare and valuable offering.”
April, Somatic Psychotherapist
“I highly recommend the Reset program with Dae. Before the program, I struggled with anxiety and felt stuck in a cycle of nervous system dysregulation. Anytime I was triggered—whether at work or in my personal life—it felt like my whole system would spiral, and I had very few tools to bring myself back into balance.
Through the Reset program, that started to shift. Dae offers an incredible variety of tools and practices, and the beauty of the journey is discovering which ones truly resonate and learning how to deepen into them with guidance and support. For me, movement practices—especially spinal movement—became a central resource, and Dae’s intuitive ability to listen and guide me toward what worked for me was invaluable.
I began noticing tangible changes. During a conflict at work that would have previously left me anxious and physically unsettled for hours, I stayed grounded and centered in the moment. In a difficult conversation with my partner, I didn’t shut down—instead, I oriented to my surroundings and found calm, which allowed us to reconnect rather than spiral. These moments felt like breakthroughs, not just emotionally but somatically—my body knew what to do.
The program itself is beautifully held. Dae created a safe, warm, and informative container where vulnerability was welcomed and healing felt possible. The group sessions became something I looked forward to each week, and I felt deeply supported, not only by Dae but by the community that formed.
I would recommend this program to anyone navigating anxiety, depression, sleep issues, or the many symptoms that come with a dysregulated nervous system—especially if you’re someone who thrives within a well-held, intentional space. The Reset program gave me lasting tools and a felt sense of resilience that I know will stay with me.”
Kaleigh, Program Manager
“As a queer man approaching 40 with a history of abuse, addiction, and C-PTSD, I found Dae’s work immediately accessible—even in the middle of an anxiety attack. Through Mixed Movement Arts and the RESET Program’s blend of circulative movement, somatics, mindfulness, and neuro re-wiring, I’ve developed a tool belt for regulating my nervous system, shifting my self-talk, and staying connected to my body in time and space. This work has changed my dancing, deepened my awareness, and given me practical steps to move through depression, anxiety, and the demands of daily life. Being a student here has been life-changing—something in my DNA has shifted.”
Cree
“I’m a lifelong mover and veteran movement facilitator, yet Dae’s teachings have reinvigorated my practices, opened doors I didn’t know were closed, and nourished me to the bones. The safety of the container, the richness of the teachings, and the deliciousness of the vibe create exactly what I need every time. I am constantly recommending that my clients, dancers, and friends join- I can’t speak highly enough of their offerings!”
Hannah
“Dae’s somatics classes are a welcoming healing practice for your body, mind, and spirit. They create the perfect container for whatever you need—whether that’s flowing freely or gentle guided movement. I always leave feeling refreshed and restored, with my body lighter and more nimble. I’m beyond grateful for this practice and use it to reset my body on the go. Beyond grateful. ”
Kathryn
“I woke up this morning scared, anxious, and depressed, but after 30 minutes of the Four S’s, I felt a lot better. Even in a panic attack, I had access to this simple, beautiful work. Life can get overwhelming, but I know I can always come back to this and move my body in these specific ways. I’m really grateful for your help.”

FAQ
How much time is required?
The program is designed to be flexible. Eventually, we are looking to seamlessly integrate this work into your daily life. A good goal is accumulating 30-60 minutes of personal practice most days of the week, and then dozens of “micro-practices” throughout the day-which can be as short as 10 seconds to 2 minutes. You can adjust your commitment based on your schedule and goals.
Why am I doing this work?
I believe we all have a “responsibility to heal”. Being stuck in negative states not only harms ourselves, but impacts our friends and loved ones. It’s no secret that we are our best selves when we are feeling good and vital in our bodies, when we are relaxed and able to focus on what matters to us. I believe the world would be a much better place if we all worked on settling our individual and collective nervous systems.
What if I can only catch up on recordings and not attend live due to schedule conflicts? Should I still sign up, or wait for next time?
That’s no problem-all live sessions are recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to the materials. Revisiting the recordings at your own pace is a great way to embody the work.
Is this just for severe cases or diagnoses?
Nope, not at all. RESET is for anyone looking to improve their quality of life, whether you’re managing chronic conditions, coping with daily stress, or simply seeking more balance and vitality.
Do you have scholarships available? Work trade opportunities?
I want to make this program accessible AND I believe people need to value the time and energy that goes into this creation. I’m happy to discuss trades and energetic exchanges-set up a call and we’ll chat.
Will there be homework?
Some people do well with explicit homework (“self-care work” is more accurate for this context), and RESET offers a variety of practices, experiments, and additional learning opportunities via books, podcasts, articles, etc. Your homework is to practice. The base of the practice needs to feel good—something you’re excited to engage in. You’ll have plenty of options.
What if I’m new to movement or somatic practices?
Perfect, RESET is beginner-friendly. All practices are adaptable to your experience level, with different variations offered. There is plenty of depth we can add for those more experienced.
How long do I have access to the materials?
You’ll have lifetime access to all course recordings, resources, and materials, so you can revisit them anytime.
Do I need special equipment or a specific setup?
No special equipment is required. A comfortable space to move—ideally enough to lay down and extend your arms and legs like a snow angel and not touch anything.
What happens if I feel stuck or overwhelmed during the program?
I’m here to support you. We’ll have space for questions in our Monday Morning Movement sessions as well as our Wednesday RESET Circle. You’ll also have access to community forums, and can reach out directly via WhatsApp or email.
Who should NOT sign up for RESET:
This program is NOT for you if you’re generally in a good mood & enjoying life most of the time, you don’t get stuck in negative states, you’re not scared of experiencing big emotions like grief, you know how to take good care of your body, you don’t freak out in romantic partnership with attachment wounds, proud of how you show up in your relationships, you don’t feel anxiety very often and know how to easefully navigate it when it shows up, you can get shit done that matters to you, you wake up energized, you don’t need any substances to have a good day…but let’s be real—you probably wouldn’t be reading here if this was already you :)
