This is a supported training arc that combines live group classes, customized personal programming, and ongoing coaching. You’ll move through a progressive 6- or 12-week structure that supports strength, control, and sustainable range—whether your goals involve squats, splits, backbends, or simply moving with more ease and confidence.

The live class curriculum is organized into two weekly themes—both included in your program:
Wednesdays: Forward Fold, Hip Strength & Handstands
Mobility with a side of inversion. Strengthen and expand your lower-body range while exploring upright balance and coordination.

Develop expressive range and spinal extension through structured, intelligent flexibility work.
