A complete mobility training system designed around real bodies, real goals, and real transformation. This is a supported training arc that combines live group classes, customized personal programming, and ongoing coaching. You’ll move through a progressive 6- or 12-week structure that supports strength, control, and sustainable range—whether your goals involve squats, splits, backbends, or simply moving with more ease and confidence.

What You’ll Train

The live class curriculum is organized into two weekly themes—both included in your program:

Wednesdays: Forward Fold, Hip Strength & Handstands

Mobility with a side of inversion. Strengthen and expand your lower-body range while exploring upright balance and coordination.

Focus Areas:

  • Pancake

  • Deep Squat

  • Seated & Standing Forward Fold

  • Hip Capsule Strength + Rotation

  • Handstand Preparation & Integration

Fridays: Splits, Backbending & Expansion

Develop expressive range and spinal extension through structured, intelligent flexibility work.

Focus Areas:

  • Front & Middle Splits

  • Bridge / Backbend

  • Shoulder Mobility

  • Thoracic & Hip Extension

Live Classes:

  • Wednesdays at 9:00 AM MST

  • Fridays at 9:00 AM MST

    • Replays are available for all sessions.


What You’ll Get

  • Custom Program Design
    After registration, you'll complete an intake form and schedule a 1:1 call. We'll use this to design a plan tailored to your current range, goals, and lifestyle. You'll follow your own personalized track while drawing from both weekly class themes.

  • Private Coaching Sessions

    • Opening 45-minute intake session

    • Closing 45-minute reflection + next-steps session

    • Two mid-program check-ins (for 12-week participants)

  • Weekly Live Classes (60 minutes)
    Two weekly Zoom sessions that anchor your mobility practice and support your progression (you can also attend in person if you’re local).

  • Mobility Library Access
    Unlimited access to follow-along classes, technique clinics, workshops, and bonus training materials.

  • Weekly Office Hours
    Optional drop-in coaching sessions for form feedback, programming questions, and deeper conversation.

  • Group Support via WhatsApp
    Daily accountability, peer encouragement, and coach access in a private community group.

  • Monthly Skill Days (Optional but Included)
    2-hour guided movement labs applying your mobility gains through:

    • Handstands & Inversions

    • Locomotion & Floorwork

    • Skill Development and Forms
