Mobility Jumpstart

How much flexibility can YOU gain in 6 weeks? The Mobility Jumpstart is a kickstart to make 2025 the year you get your own badass “Before and After” photos.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve helped hundreds of people get more flexible, and I’m always working to improve my process.

We will teach you the MOST EFFECTIVE evidence-based techniques to develop mobility (STRONG, usable flexibility), and I will give you my best tips and tricks-both the ART and the SCIENCE of mobility practice- so you can achieve real, lasting results.

As you get stronger and more flexible at the same time, you’ll feel better, more confident, and more capable in your body.

My Story

I grew up playing sports, but I was nowhere near being able to touch my toes. I tried and failed for over 10 years with different stretching advice and various yoga techniques. All that changed after:

  • Finding solid evidence that improving flexibility was definitely possible as an adult.

  • The right methods with proven, repeatable results.

  • Finding a coach to write me a program and keep me accountable.

  • I committed to consistent, persistent mobility and movement practice

Now I roll out of bed and do the splits and advanced press handstands without a warm-up.

After making incredible gains in my mobility in 2015, helping people do the same has become my passion. I’ve studied and practiced multiple movement and mobility methodologies extensively, become a certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, and continue to track the latest research and methods to always be improving my process. I’ve helped hundreds and hundreds of people through private sessions, classes, workshops, and group coaching cohorts.

This program is informed by my background in neuroscience, degree in human biology, and a doctorate-level education in anatomy and physiology. Years working as a teacher’s assistant in the cadaver labs for both gross anatomy and neuroanatomy gave me a deep understanding and fascination of the human body that shows up in my movement teaching.

It felt SO GOOD to achieve my flexibility goals. Mobility practice completely transformed my movement to a higher quality with more capabilities and skills. The benefits extended beyond movement-I firmly believe a more flexible body can support a more flexible and strong mind.

I want to support your journey towards getting strong and flexible so you can enjoy all of the many benefits that come with that.
