JOE DISPENZA MOVEMENT PROJECT

My vision with The Joe Dispenza Movement Project (JDMP) is to create a neuroscience-informed, research-supported movement-based educational system that amplifies and deepens the positive healing and transformational results people achieve by following Dr. Joe’s methodology.

The foundational program of JDMP is called “Transformational Movement Practices” and is specifically designed to be accessible for all bodies. I have two upcoming introductory events (1 in Denver, 1 online) that are FREE/donations-based to introduce this body of work and gather feedback.

I am in communication with Dr. Joe’s team about this offering. I want to be very clear and respectful: at this point, this is an independent project I’m working on to serve this community. I am not claiming to teach Dr. Joe’s work nor any official affiliation or sponsorship. I am currently gathering data and research to bring to Dr. Joe’s team.

Nashville Week-Long Advanced Retreat Sept 2025

Movement and stillness are two sides of the same coin—they cannot be separated. Emerging research shows us that there is a synergistic benefit to having both an inner meditation practice and a physical movement practice.

Personally, I struggled to meditate for over a decade because it was so painful in my body to sit still. Meditation became infinitely more enjoyable and beneficial after learning movement practices to free up my spine, get mobile (strong and flexible), and unwind deep tension patterns.

During the week-long Advanced Retreat in Nashville this past September, and it was amazing to see the scientific research and hear so many stories of healing & transformation that are happening through meditation and the power of the human mind.

I can’t help but wonder how these results could be amplified if there was a neuroscience-informed movement practice specifically designed to complement the meditation practice.

This is why I am creating the Joe Dispenza Movement Project.

We can learn to use movement to:

  • Cultivate the superpower to change your state at will

  • Circulate cerebrospinal fluid & support the Pineal Gland Breath with spine articulation

  • Balance the autonomic nervous system

  • Embody, amplify, & anchor elevated emotions

  • Shift our brain waves out of beta into alpha/theta

  • Support overall neuroplasticity by learning new patterns

  • Cultivate our peak state with movement meditations

  • Improve our brain health and overall longevity with mobility training

  • Create feel-good molecules such as dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins, and nitric oxide

As I write this, I’m bringing my inspiration from the Oct 2025 Advanced Follow-Up retreat in Denver, which was my 2nd in-person retreat over the span of the past 3 weekends.

If you are interested in this project, I invite you to join an upcoming Introduction to Transformational Movement Practices or schedule a call for a 1-on-1 conversation about this project— I’ve been thoroughly enjoying all of the conversations I’ve had about connecting movement to Dr. Joe’s work!
