Seattle Mixed Movement Arts Workshop
You’re invited to a Mixed Movement Arts workshop at the Yaw Theater in Seattle, WA on March 11, 2023 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The emphasis will be on partnering and contact improvisation. We’ll play and explore different contact (and no-contact) improv entry points, movement games, feel-good somatic shapeshifting, nervous system education & recovery techniques, sharing weight & moving on/close to the floor, and more.
